PRODUCTS WE OFFER
- What is your product guarantee?
We guarantee the highest quality inks and flag material. If for any reason your product does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team and we'll make it right.
- How durable are your Flags?
Our flags are made for the outdoor environment. We even have a 12 month color guarantee, depending on the region and proper care. Some flags are also great for indoor use.
- What Flag sizes do you offer?
There is absolutely no limitation on the desirable sizes for your flags and banners.
- How many colors can I print?
We print in full digital color, so use as many colors as you like.
- What is your 12 Month Color Guarantee?
The quality of our prints is one of the best in the industry. Your prints should stay vibrant as long as you handle your new flag with care. Make sure not to use it during stormy weather. For the best color lifespan we recommend you use your new flag indoors or in shady areas to maximize it's color lifespan.
- Will the color of my artwork on my computer screen appear the same in print?
The end print result may vary from what you seen on your screen due to different monitor calibrations. Some colors may not exactly match the colors shown on your computer screen.
PLACING AN ORDER
- How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. Fill in our online free quote forms for your flag or banner and we will reply with fully detailed technical and financial offer. We also have a wide selection of pre-designed templates, that can be downloaded from www.customadvertisingflags.com/templates .
- Will i get an invoice of my order?
You will receive your invoice by email as soon as your order is finilized.
- Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?

- Can I make a correction to my artwork after it has been placed?
Since we are a fast turnaround printing company, artwork is transmitted to our production staff immediately after it has been uploaded. Artwork can only be replaced or corrected if has not reached into production. You may contact our customer service team to check if changing your artwork is possible.
- Will I be charged a sales tax?
If your order is being shipped to Greece, you will be charged a sales tax.
SHIPMENT/DELIVERY
- What is your turnaround time?
We specialize in fast turnaround times. You can have your print completed in 3 business days. Your order should be delivered at your door through TNT or DHL courier services within 5-8 days. *While we guarantee fast production turnaround, we are not responsible for delays in transit caused by courier service companies or acts of nature.
- Can I rush an order?

- How will you ship my order?
We ship all our products via TNT or DHL. We will send you the tracking number of your order as soon as it is collected from our premises.
- Where can I track my order shipment?
As soon as your order is complete, you will be given a tracking number by email. You can then track your package through TNT or DHL website.
- My product arrived damage or defected, what do I do?
We would never want anyone to receive a faulty product. If your product arrived damaged or defective please contact us and a customer service representative will assist you.
GENERAL ARTWORK
- What file types do you accept?
We accept PDF, CDR, AI, JPEG, TIFF, PNG. For PDFs, ensure your files are flattened and fonts are outlined. If you are not sure in how to do this, please seek assistance from a graphics professional.
- Do you offer design service?
Currently we do offer simple design services without any additional charges. You can send us your logo, desired colors, texts e.t.c and we can send you back the final arwork for your flag and banner for approval before proceeding to production.
- Where can I find high quality images?
You may find high quality images at stock photo websites such as www.fotolia.com, www.shutterstock.com or www.istockphoto.com. You can also use search engines such as Google, but please aware most images of the internet are low resolution and are not intended for licensed printing.
- How can I tell if my image is good?
You can evaluate your image quality by using such programs as adobe acrobat reader. Be sure to view your image at 100% Actual Size. We are not responsible for prints that contain low resolution artwork.
IMAGE QUALITY
- What can I do to ensure the best quality print?
To ensure best quality of your print, please use high resolution image files and/or vector artwork that are created by a graphics professional. For vector files please save it as EPS or PDF to retain sharp lines suitable for large printing.
- Do you provide electronic proof?
A thumbnail preview of your artwork will be emailed to you for confirmation. You must evaluate your resolution before uploading your file. We are not responsible for low resolution artwork.
- Can you send a hard copy proof?
Unfortunately, hard copy proofs are not available at this time.
BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
- What payment methods you accept?
We accept all payments through Paypal.
- What is your return policy?
It is our goal to print the highest quality flag for you. If we made a mistake, please contact us and we will make it right. If the flag arrived damaged or deemed defective as a result of our production error, we will send you a reprint of the flag with your original artwork or provide a credit to you for future purchase. Please contact our customer support team via phone or email to obtain a return authorization number and a return shipping label within 90 days from your purchase date. We cannot accept any returns without a Return Authorization number and require that you email us a photo of the defective flag.
